Tenterden Town Councillors at their meeting on Monday, 10 February expressed concern at the condition of Recreation Ground Road.
Damaged and potholed after months of use by heavy goods traffic driving to and from the new housing estates, the council’s committee members recommended that Kent County Council, as the roads authority, should be briefed and asked to take action.
Subsequent to the meeting, a team was sent out from KCC to apply a temporary fix on the potholes.
