New “Changing Places” toilets for the severely disabled and their carers are to be provided on the Recreation Ground by Tenterden Town Council.
They will be built next to the existing toilets, on the site of the tractor shed, which is being re-located to the new maintenance building at St Michael’s Recreation Ground.
The cost, in the region of £20,000, will be largely met by contributions from developers of new homes in the town.
