Platinum Jubilee Window Display Competition

To celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the Tenterden Chamber of Commerce held a window display competition. 👑👑👑👑

Tenterden Mayor, Cllr John Crawford with his wife Margaret viewed all the displays in Tenterden and St Michaels to select the winners.

There were so many high quality Jubilee displays to judge, it was extremely difficult to select the winners, as many deserved to win a prize.

After a tough decision, on the 1st June the Mayor presented the following prizes.

First prize to Robin, Hannah and the team at “Woofaloo Petzone” 3-5 High Street, who created a fantastic display called ‘The Pet Tea Party’.

As you walk through the High Street, you will not be disappointed if you stop to admire the beautiful Jubilee displays which have taken a lot of hard work and imagination to create.

Tenterden Town Council would like to thank the Chamber of Commerce for organising the competition and providing the prizes.
