Re-submission of Town Hall Re-ordering & Extension Planning Application –21/00003/AS & 21/00004/AS

Following discussions with the Planning Officer at ABC, we have been asked to provide more information regarding the history of some of the ground floor walls and the implications of their removal or alteration.  The technical requirements for such a building are quite complex and given the current restrictions on site visits due to Covid and their current workloads, the Planning Department has recommended that we withdraw the current application and reapply with the additional relevant technical information.

 

The Town Council’s architects Theis & Khan will be liaising closely with both their Heritage Consultant and ABC Officers to ensure they receive the requested additional technical information.
